Introduction de produit

The Exhaust HEPA Filter Housing is a conventional side-access enclosure for installing one compatible full-size HEPA element in a cleanroom or controlled-process exhaust duct. A welded 304 stainless shell forms the pressure boundary, while an internal spring or crank mechanism presses the filter gasket against a continuous sealing surface. The hinged service door uses multiple compression latches, and red/blue pressure taps provide clean- and dirty-side connections for resistance monitoring. A compact test port can support the selected in-place test arrangement. This model intentionally uses ordinary direct service access rather than a bag-in/bag-out barrier, making it appropriate only where the maintenance hazard assessment permits exposed filter handling.

Key Features

Fully welded cabinet construction limits bypass paths through folded or mechanically fastened seams

Opposed rectangular duct flanges provide a compact straight-through exhaust connection

A positive internal clamp holds the filter consistently against its gasket sealing surface

Four adjustable compression latches load the access-door gasket around the full perimeter

A hinged service door supports routine filter access without removing the housing from the duct

Color-coded pressure taps simplify connection of a differential-pressure gauge or transmitter

An optional aerosol test port can be located to match the selected validation method

Internal filter guides help position a full-size element before the locking mechanism is engaged

Natural stainless surfaces suit frequent external cleaning in controlled utility spaces

Horizontal or vertical airflow orientation can be configured with suitable support and access clearances

Préoccupations du client produit

A sound housing cannot compensate for the wrong filter, damaged gasket or poor service clearance; sealing, airflow and maintenance access must be verified together.

A filter can appear seated while a folded gasket creates a bypass pathInspect the gasket and sealing surface, use the positive clamp evenly and verify the installed assembly with the selected leak-test method.
Door distortion or uneven latch adjustment can compromise the service-opening sealSet all compression latches to apply uniform gasket load and replace damaged door seals before returning the housing to service.
A high-efficiency element may overload the fan when its resistance is not included in system designSelect the filter and fan together using clean and loaded resistance, required airflow and the complete duct pressure balance.
Pressure taps on the same side of the filter cannot show true element resistanceConnect sensing points to the designated upstream and downstream chambers and verify tubing polarity before trending differential pressure.
Direct filter access may expose maintenance personnel to captured materialUse this conventional housing only after hazard review; specify a BIBO containment housing when the filter cannot be safely exposed.
Insufficient side clearance can prevent the filter from being withdrawn without damageReserve the full door swing and filter-removal envelope in the plant layout, including room for handling and temporary containment.

Les applications typiques

Paramètres techniques

The displayed basis is one fully welded single-stage 304 stainless side-access housing for a nominal 610 x 610 mm full-size HEPA element. Its representative envelope uses approximately 635 mm cabinet width/depth, 692 mm overall height and 1.9 mm 14-gauge-class shell. In the site's fixed ten-row schema, Panel Thickness and Steel Facing Thickness both describe the single stainless pressure-boundary sheet rather than a sandwich panel. Filter efficiency, airflow, gasket type, test ports and pressure duty are selected for the intended exhaust system.
