The Cleanroom PE Bag provides simple, transparent containment for parts, tools and intermediate materials. Virgin low-density polyethylene combines flexibility, clarity and heat-seal compatibility without a fibrous substrate. Clean fabrication and nested protective packaging help preserve the inner bag surfaces through transfer into controlled production areas.

Packaging can become a contamination source when film contains processing residue, loose particles or weak seals. Bag dimensions and thickness must also suit the component geometry without excessive stretching or unused material.
Thin film may puncture on sharp component edges.Select film thickness for the part shape and protect sharp corners.
Poor sealing conditions can produce channels or incomplete closure.Qualify heat, dwell and pressure settings on the chosen LDPE gauge.
Oversized bags consume storage space and complicate handling.Match bag width and length to the packed component and closure allowance.
