Cleanroom Paper retains familiar paper handling while reducing the loose-fiber contamination associated with ordinary office stock. A synthetic polymer binds the cellulose structure, improving tear strength, dimensional stability and toner performance. Sheets are cut and packaged for controlled transfer and are available in common letter, A4 and tabloid formats.

Documentation brought into a controlled area must remain legible and printer-compatible without becoming a persistent source of fibers, ions or loose coating. Sheet construction and packaging are therefore as important as nominal paper size.
Ordinary paper releases fibers when flexed, cut or erased.Use polymer-impregnated cellulose with controlled cutting and packaging.
Poor dimensional stability can cause printer jams.Select a stable 80-110 gsm grade validated for the intended printer path.
Ink or toner may smear under gloved handling.Match surface finish to pen, inkjet, laser or copier process.
Unprotected reams can collect particles during storage and transfer.Specify sealed inner packs and open them only at the approved transfer stage.
