Système de pompe à vide central
- Two-pump duty/standby availability
- 300 L buffer vessel for fluctuating demand
- PLC sequencing with independent pump isolation
Introduction de produit
The Central Vacuum Pump System consolidates multiple intermittent vacuum users onto one factory-assembled utility source. The selected purchasable configuration is a full-featured 300 L duplex station with two identical oil-sealed single-stage rotary vane pumps arranged around one vertical buffer receiver. Each pump branch includes its own inlet dust filter and electropneumatic isolation valve before joining the common suction manifold. A pressure sensor and analog gauge feed a side-mounted PLC cabinet that alternates the lead pump, starts the standby pump when demand rises and isolates a faulted branch. The receiver provides short-duration capacity and reduces excessive cycling. This industrial rough-vacuum package generates and buffers suction for clean manufacturing and laboratory utility loads; it is not a clean-steam, compressed-air, condensate-recovery or medical-gas source.
Key Features
Master/spare sequencing shares operating hours and automatically calls the second pump when the vacuum setpoint cannot be maintained by the lead unit
One 300 L vertical receiver absorbs short demand peaks and gives the controller time to stage pumps without rapid motor cycling
A dedicated inlet dust filter on each pump branch protects the rotary vane mechanism from particles carried back from the distribution network
Individual electropneumatic isolation valves prevent an idle or faulted pump branch from becoming a leakage path into the common receiver
A common G2 suction connection simplifies connection to a central header serving multiple vacuum consumers
The local gauge, electronic pressure sensor and PLC cabinet keep vacuum status, setpoints, alarm logic and pump alternation in one serviceable package
Factory piping, wiring and a shared steel base reduce field assembly compared with separate pumps, a loose receiver and independently mounted controls
Préoccupations du client produit
A central vacuum station must be selected around simultaneous demand, pressure stability, inlet cleanliness, exhaust routing and the operating logic that makes redundancy useful.

Paramètres techniques
The locked catalogue identity is one full-featured CVS300-2XSV100B-class central station, represented without a third-party logo. It contains exactly one light-gray 300 L vertical carbon-steel buffer receiver with two dished ends, exactly two matching horizontal oil-sealed single-stage rotary vane pump assemblies at the base, exactly two blue electric motors, exactly two black cylindrical inlet dust filters, exactly two electropneumatic branch isolation valves, exactly one galvanized common suction manifold, exactly one round analog vacuum gauge, exactly one electronic pressure sensor, exactly one light-gray PLC control cabinet with one small HMI, one red emergency-stop button and one red/amber/green status beacon, exactly one black rectangular steel base with four leveling feet, one G2 common vacuum inlet, one G1 1/4 common exhaust connection and one G1/2 low-point drain. The selected reference duty is approximately 195 m³/h nominal combined pumping speed at 50 Hz, with pump-module ultimate pressure up to 0.5 mbar absolute under the stated catalogue conditions. Normal header setpoints are application-dependent and substantially higher than the pump's ultimate-pressure rating.
