The Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump is a standalone wet-vacuum machine for processes that carry condensable vapor, humid gas or limited entrained liquid. The selected purchasable basis is a Flowserve SIHI LEH 350-class single-stage, between-bearing pump assembled with one horizontal cast-iron pump body, one 7.5 kW-class TEFC motor, one flexible coupling beneath a ventilated guard and one fabricated steel base. An eccentrically mounted impeller rotates through the service liquid to form a moving liquid ring; changing cell volume draws gas through the suction port, compresses it near-isothermally and discharges the gas together with part of the liquid. The package is one pump train only: it is not the duplex receiver-and-PLC station used for ID 1927, not the dry screw machine used for ID 1928 and not a positive-pressure air compressor.
