Giới thiệu Sản phẩm

Sterile IPA Solution is a clear, colorless, ready-to-use blend of 70% v/v isopropyl alcohol and 30% WFI-quality or purified water. It is intended for compatible, hard, nonporous surfaces in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical-device, and other controlled environments. Protected trigger bottles support targeted spray or broad surface coverage without routine decanting, while capped bulk containers suit validated mop or wipe preparation. Double- or triple-bagged configurations simplify staged material transfer. Because IPA is flammable and is not a sporicide, each facility should define surface compatibility, application method, ventilation, ignition control, and disinfectant rotation in its approved procedure.

Các mối quan tâm về sản phẩm của khách hàng

IPA transferred from bulk stock can be diluted incorrectly, exposed to particles, or contaminated through repeated container opening. Conventional spray heads may draw room air back into the bottle, while unsuitable packaging makes cleanroom transfer awkward. Fast evaporation also means operators need a defined application volume and wiping pattern to achieve complete, repeatable surface coverage.

How is the prepared alcohol concentration kept consistent? The sealed ready-to-use 70/30 blend removes operator measuring and dilution steps, while tamper-evident packaging protects the prepared formulation before opening.
Can the contents remain protected during repeated spraying?A protected trigger configuration limits air return into the bottle during dispensing. Facilities can select conventional sealed triggers, closed delivery systems, or single-use formats to match the required control strategy.
Will the solution leave visible deposits on critical surfaces?High-purity IPA and WFI-quality or purified water support rapid evaporation with minimal nonvolatile residue. A qualified wipe, correct application volume, and one-direction wiping pattern help remove loosened contamination rather than redistribute it.
How can packaged bottles move through cleanroom transfer stages?Double- or triple-bagged presentations allow outer layers to be removed sequentially at defined transfer boundaries without exposing the primary bottle prematurely.
Is sterile IPA suitable for every disinfection requirement?IPA is useful for routine treatment of compatible hard surfaces but does not replace a validated sporicide. The facility should define chemistry rotation, wet-contact method, material compatibility, ventilation, and control of ignition sources.

Thông số kỹ thuật

An aqueous 70% v/v isopropyl alcohol blend balances alcohol action with sufficient water to wet a hard surface before evaporation. The solution is commonly prepared with Water for Injection or high-grade purified water, passed through a 0.2 or 0.22 micron filter, filled into controlled packaging, and terminally irradiated where a sterile presentation is required. A sealed trigger or tamper-evident capped format helps protect the prepared concentration during storage and use.
