Cargo Air Shower: Roll-Up or Sliding Door?
Compare the full loaded-pallet route, door travel and available headroom before selecting the cargo shower.
Begin with the dust-removal task
A cargo air shower blows loose dust from exposed load surfaces before palletized goods reach unpacking or clean production. The practical aim is to reduce particles carried from receiving and storage toward later work. Arrange the load so the surfaces needing treatment are exposed.
Allow space for the full load
Both PVC High-Speed Door Cargo Air Shower and Automatic Sliding Door Cargo Air Shower list 1200 × 1200 mm pallet compatibility. Check load overhang and total height as well as the pallet footprint. Include the handling vehicle, approach and turning space in the route.
Compare where the door travels
The PVC curtain rolls upward, so the opening needs space for its upper assembly. The sliding door moves sideways and needs its corresponding travel space. The listed exterior heights are 2450 mm for the PVC model and 2250 mm for the sliding model, even though both list the same internal chamber size.
Coordinate the operating sequence
Both products include electronic interlocking and sensor, manual or AGV initiation. Choose the start method around the actual material-transfer procedure, and coordinate it with the door sequence and handling route.
The useful choice is the complete installation: exposed load surfaces, usable chamber, door movement, utilities and filter-service access. Door style should fit that arrangement rather than be selected from the product image alone.
