The rectangular elbow silencer integrates curved acoustic baffles into a 90-degree duct bend. The change in direction blocks direct line-of-sight noise propagation and provides strong mid-frequency attenuation within a compact footprint. Internally radiused splitters guide airflow through consistent passages to limit separation and pressure loss. Absorptive, film-lined or packless baffle construction is selected according to the cleanliness and acoustic requirements of the air system.
