When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address and requirements, together with the optional company, phone and country or region details you enter. Selected products, quantities and the product associated with a detail-page inquiry are included in your message.
How we use your inquiry
ST uses these details to respond to your request, discuss configurations and prepare a quotation or coordinate purchasing follow-up. Inquiry messages are stored in the website administration system and are not published as website content. Submitting an inquiry does not place an order.
Browser storage and technical data
Your inquiry list is saved in this browser's local storage so you can continue selecting products. You can remove individual items from the list or clear the site's browser data. The inquiry form uses session and security tokens to process submissions and prevent duplicate or unauthorized requests.
Website hosting and security services process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the site.
Email, WhatsApp and WeChat
Email links open your email application. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, and the WeChat QR code lets you contact us in WeChat. Information you send through those services is also handled under their own privacy policies. Opening the QR code on this site does not send an inquiry.
