Rotary Dehumidifier removes water vapor from air to limit condensation, moisture uptake and the damp conditions that encourage mold. It supplies dry air to enclosed storage spaces, production areas or drying processes where moisture can damage metal surfaces, stored materials or unfinished products.
A slowly rotating silica-gel honeycomb captures moisture from the process air. A separate heated regeneration stream releases that moisture and carries it outside, renewing the rotor continuously without a refrigeration compressor.

FEATURES
Sealed process and regeneration zones let the rotor dry incoming air while another portion is being regenerated; the moisture-laden exhaust is kept out of the dry-air supply.
The humidity controller regulates operation around the required setting, helping maintain suitable conditions as incoming moisture changes.
An electric heater renews the desiccant while separate fans move the process and regeneration air, supporting continuous moisture removal.
APPLICATIONS
Dry enclosed steel box girders, ship compartments and stored marine equipment to reduce moisture-driven corrosion.
Supply dry air where humid air ingress causes condensation or frost, with the unit selected for the cold-room temperature and moisture load.
Control humidity around instruments, electronics and machinery, including aerospace, defense and civil-defense storage, to limit condensation during storage and standby.
Dry air around moisture-sensitive powders, materials and packaging helps reduce moisture pickup and caking.
Use controlled drying conditions where excess moisture affects fiber, paper or printed-material handling and storage.
Circulate dry air through the drying space to carry moisture away from timber, with temperature and drying rate matched to the wood.
Manage local humidity where condensation on prepared surfaces interferes with welding preparation, painting or coating.
SELECTION
The smallest option has the lowest airflow and heater rating. The next two share cabinet dimensions, fan ratings and duct sizes, offering different airflow levels within the same installation footprint.
These share fan ratings, duct sizes and floor footprint. The higher-airflow option has a more powerful regeneration heater and a slightly taller, heavier cabinet.
Both use the same cabinet dimensions, duct sizes and listed electrical ratings; the choice increases airflow without increasing the installation envelope.
The cabinet dimensions, connections and heater rating are shared. The higher-airflow model uses larger fan ratings, which matters when planning electrical capacity.
These share width, height, duct sizes and regeneration fan power. The largest model needs more length and lifting capacity, along with higher drying-fan and heater power.
INSTALLATION
Use the incoming air temperature and humidity, target humidity, air leakage and moisture released by the process. Airflow alone does not establish water-removal capacity or the floor area a unit can serve.
Route the moisture-laden regeneration air outside the conditioned space, keeping it away from the process-air intake. Allow access for filter cleaning and rotor-seal maintenance.
