Water becomes vapour at the media
The wetted surface spreads water across the airflow, allowing moisture to evaporate before it enters the room. This provides humidification without creating a spray plume.

Industrial Wet-Media Humidifier adds water vapour to dry indoor air, helping limit the excessive drying of moisture-sensitive materials and support the humidity conditions needed in work and storage rooms. A pump wets the media from above, and a fan moves air through its wetted surfaces so the water evaporates into the airstream.
Evaporation draws heat from the passing air, providing humidification with a cooling effect. The fan and water pump drive the process without a steam boiler or refrigeration compressor. The cabinet can supplement room humidity control alongside an existing heating or ventilation system.

| ST-40M | 40 kg/h | 300–400 |
| ST-50M | 50 kg/h | 400–520 |
| ST-60M | 60 kg/h | 500–620 |
| ST-03M | 03 kg/h | 20–30 |
| ST-06M | 06 kg/h | 30–50 |
The models differ in moisture output and their listed area ranges. Lower outputs suit smaller moisture deficits; higher outputs serve larger loads or greater dry-air exchange. Select the capacity together with room height, ventilation rate and the required humidity, rather than floor area alone.
FEATURES
The wetted surface spreads water across the airflow, allowing moisture to evaporate before it enters the room. This provides humidification without creating a spray plume.
The air supplies the heat needed for evaporation, so its dry-bulb temperature falls as moisture is added. The cooling effect depends on the incoming air conditions.
The front control panel supports day-to-day operation, while the cabinet and castors allow practical positioning with clear air inlet and outlet paths.
APPLICATIONS
Raise low room humidity around moisture-sensitive exhibits to limit drying and dimensional change, following the collection’s conservation setpoints.
Support the room humidity plan where dry air contributes to static build-up, with placement coordinated around equipment cooling airflow.
Provide room humidification for humidity-sensitive sample handling and research work, matching the control arrangement to the procedure’s requirements.
Help limit excessive drying of paper, books and bindings by bringing dry storage-room air toward the required preservation humidity.
SELECTION AND CARE
FAQ
Room height, outdoor-air exchange, temperature and the starting humidity determine how much water must be added. A room with more dry incoming air has a larger humidification load.
The evaporation rate responds to air temperature and humidity. As the air becomes more humid, its capacity to take up additional moisture decreases.
