Electrode Humidifier generates steam from tap water to add moisture to cleanroom workshops and air-conditioning systems when the air is too dry. Automatic control responds to the humidification demand, helping the air-handling system maintain the humidity needed by the process as ventilation and room conditions change.
Alternating current passes through the water between submerged electrodes, heating it to produce steam. A dedicated steam hose carries the output to the humidification connection, while the cabinet brings the steam generator, controller and electrical components together for installation and service.

Steam generation and control in one cabinet
LCD controller and sensor
The LCD controller and sensor support automatic humidification control, bringing operating information and adjustment to the control panel.
Protected electrical assembly
A high-strength protective cabinet houses the steam generator and electrical controls, including the transformer, air circuit breaker and AC contactor.
Connection accessories included
Water-inlet connection hose and a dedicated steam-delivery hose are included for connecting the water supply and steam outlet.

Choose capacity for the moisture load
Compare steam demand, not area alone
The nine configurations offer different rated steam outputs. Account for supply-air volume, incoming humidity, ventilation and the room’s humidity target when choosing the capacity.
Plan the water and steam connections
Electrode heating relies on the conductivity of the feed water. Provide a suitable tap-water connection, a steam route and drainage for the installation, with room to access the generator and controls.
