Electric Heating Humidifier uses immersed heating elements to turn water into steam for air-handling systems or room humidification. It replenishes moisture lost through ventilation and heating, helping limit material drying and the dry-air conditions that encourage static during handling.
Automatic water-level control maintains the tank level while a steam-water separator removes entrained droplets before the steam reaches the distribution tubes. The unit generates steam at the point of use, allowing humidity control where a central steam supply is unavailable.

FEATURES
A humidity-demand signal adjusts heater power, with water-level, water-temperature and steam-output monitoring supporting automatic operation.
Distribution tubes spread steam through the air stream in a duct or plenum; direct room use requires a suitable distribution arrangement and space for absorption.
Periodic draining and shutdown emptying remove concentrated tank water, helping limit mineral accumulation and water left standing between operating periods.
APPLICATIONS
Introduce steam into conditioned air when ventilation or winter heating leaves the supplied air below the required humidity.
Maintain suitable humidity around paper handling to limit moisture loss, dimensional changes and static-related feeding problems.
Humidify the supply air to reduce dry-air conditions that promote static buildup, as part of the facility’s wider electrostatic-control measures.
Use a suitable humidity setpoint for paper, textiles or wood products that lose moisture and change handling properties in dry storage or production areas.
SELECTION
These share the smallest cabinet dimensions and a single steam outlet and distribution tube; the higher-output option needs more electrical power within the same footprint.
The shared wider, taller cabinet accommodates two steam connections, with different steam outputs and electrical loads for the same installation envelope.
These share cabinet dimensions and four distribution tubes. Select the output for the calculated moisture load, and use operating weight when planning the supporting surface.
The wider cabinet and five steam connections serve higher steam loads; output and power increase within the same listed dimensions, while operating weight varies.
FAQ
Purified, softened or deionized water can be used with suitable wetted components. Water treatment and drain settings affect scale buildup; softening does not remove all dissolved salts.
Calculate the moisture needed from airflow, incoming air conditions and the target humidity. Allow adequate steam absorption distance and condensate drainage so moisture enters the air without wetting nearby surfaces.
