Separate drying and humidifying systems
The controller calls on the required system as room humidity changes and stops the active humidity-control function at the selected setting. This reduces the need to swap between separate seasonal machines.

Constant Humidity Purification Unit combines dehumidification, humidification and air purification in one cabinet for rooms that can become either too damp or too dry. The controller removes moisture when humidity rises above the selected setting and calls for humidification when it falls below it, helping limit the moisture swings that affect paper, packaging and other humidity-sensitive materials.
The refrigeration system condenses excess water from the air, while the electrode humidifier uses an external piped water supply to generate humidifying steam. Automatic replenishment supports continued humidification, and the five configurations let the drying load, humidification demand and installation space be matched within the same product range.
FEATURES
The controller calls on the required system as room humidity changes and stops the active humidity-control function at the selected setting. This reduces the need to swap between separate seasonal machines.
Electrical current through the humidifier water generates heat and steam. The piped supply replenishes the humidification system automatically during operation.
Photo-oxidation and negative-ion air treatment are combined with the humidity-control functions in the same unit, bringing the room’s moisture and air-treatment tasks into one cabinet.
The PLC controller provides operating control, with RS-485 remote monitoring for connection to a compatible supervisory system and timing functions for scheduled switching.
Automatic defrost supports the refrigeration section. Fault display and self-diagnosis help identify operating interruptions, with overload, low-water, water-leak and low-pressure protection.
An aluminum-alloy profile structure, front control display and service panels bring operation and maintenance access to the front of the enclosure.
APPLICATIONS
Manage both damp and dry conditions around paper records, helping limit moisture-driven dimensional change during storage.
Regulate humidity around packaging and moisture-sensitive stock when weather, ventilation or room use changes the indoor moisture load.
Support processes that need stable ambient humidity, with purification incorporated into the room’s overall air-treatment arrangement.
Manage damp or overly dry storage air around bottles, labels and packaging as seasonal conditions change.
MODEL SELECTION
The first two configurations share the same cabinet dimensions. The second increases drying capacity and airflow without enlarging the footprint, making it relevant when the same installation space must serve a greater moisture load.
The middle configuration moves to a larger cabinet and higher humidification output. It suits projects where both moisture removal and moisture addition exceed the needs of the compact units.
The two largest configurations provide a substantial step up in humidification output as well as greater drying capacity. The largest also requires a wider cabinet position, so compare peak moisture demand with the available floor space.
Match both seasonal moisture loads and the selected room humidity to the equipment. Provide a water connection suited to electrode operation, a condensate drain and the electrical supply shown for the chosen model.
FAQ
Yes. The electrode humidifier uses a piped supply with automatic replenishment. Plan the supply and service access together with the condensate drain.
Compare drying capacity and humidification capacity separately, then check airflow, electrical supply and cabinet dimensions. Floor area alone does not account for ventilation, door openings or changing moisture loads.
