Wet Belt Sanding Dust Collection Table (IP65, Explosion-Proof) combines a belt-sanding station with water-curtain dust collection. The operator presents the workpiece to the belt within the partially enclosed work area, keeping the sanding operation close to the collection inlet and reducing dust spread around the workstation.
The circulating water captures dust from the air stream, and the wastewater filtration system separates collected solids from the water circuit. This brings sanding, dust collection and water handling into one workstation, with front access for routine servicing.

Water-curtain dust collection
The rear collection opening brings dust-laden air into contact with water, transferring captured particles into the water circuit.
Circulating tank and wastewater filtration
The internal tank and filtration system manage the dust-bearing water. Accessible lower cabinet doors support sediment removal and servicing of the water-handling components.
Explosion-proof electrical components
The integrated control enclosure, LED work light and water-pump switch use the explosion-proof configuration. The control panel groups operating buttons within reach of the workstation.
Pressure indication and task lighting
The pressure gauge provides a visible operating indication, while the overhead LED light illuminates the sanding area.
Stainless-steel cabinet
The metal enclosure surrounds the collection and water-handling components, with latched front doors for maintenance access.
