Soldering Fume Purifier draws fumes into a movable hood close to the soldering point, helping keep the plume from spreading across the workbench. It is suited to electronics assembly and repair work where flux smoke and odours build up around the operator and components.
The flexible extraction arm follows changes in the working position. Inside the cabinet, successive filter stages collect particles, while activated-carbon media help reduce odours from the captured air. The wheeled cabinet can be repositioned as the workstation changes.

FEATURES
Place the hood close to the fume plume while keeping the work visible. The flexible arm lets the pickup point move with the soldering task.
A pre-filter collects larger material before intermediate and main filtration. This reduces the burden on the finer media; activated carbon provides odour treatment.
The front display and controls provide access to operation settings. Remote start/stop and an alarm function support everyday use.
The spray-coated steel cabinet and castors make it practical to reposition the unit beside assembly or maintenance benches.
APPLICATIONS
Capture flux fumes near hand-soldering points to reduce their spread around the board and operator.
Move the hood between components during repair and rework without relocating the whole workbench.
Consider local capture for small marking tasks, matching the filter media and pickup arrangement to the processed material.
Position extraction close to fine hand-finishing work, with the dust type and loading matched to the filter arrangement.
USE AND MAINTENANCE
Keep the intake close to the emission point and avoid routing the plume across the operator. Reposition it as the work moves, and avoid sharp hose bends that restrict airflow.
Check filter loading and airflow regularly. Service the pre-filter and replace fine and carbon media as needed for the actual process and contamination level.
Welding, metal cutting, rust removal and shipyard work need extraction and filter arrangements selected for their sparks, dust and fume load; choose the configuration around the process.
