Constant Temperature and Humidity Purification Air Conditioning Unit maintains the selected indoor conditions by coordinating heating, cooling, humidification and dehumidification. Temperature and humidity sensors continually compare actual conditions with the setpoints, allowing the controller to adjust the treatment output as room loads change.
Managing both variables helps keep testing and production environments consistent when incoming air or process heat changes. Fresh-air handling and purification form part of the air-treatment system, bringing ventilation and environmental control together in one unit.
CONTROL AND CONSTRUCTION
A temperature sensor reports the measured value. The PID controller calculates the difference from the setpoint and adjusts heating or cooling output to reduce that difference.
The humidity sensor feeds the control circuit, which adjusts humidification or dehumidification according to the difference from the required humidity.
The unit brings together a conditioned enclosure, a closed refrigeration circuit, humidification and dehumidification equipment, with fresh-air handling and purification. The controller coordinates their operation instead of relying on repeated manual adjustment.
The cabinet has a front control display, inspection doors and an observation window, providing access to operating information and internal sections for routine service.
APPLICATIONS
Use controlled temperature and humidity to provide a consistent room environment for work whose results depend on surrounding conditions.
Condition ventilation air where the production process specifies both temperature and moisture limits, selecting the treatment capacity and filtration for the room.
SELECTION AND OPERATION
Size the treatment system around the room heat and moisture loads, outdoor-air demand and operating schedule. These determine the heating, cooling and moisture-control duty.
Coordinate sensor positions and supply-air distribution with the occupied or process area so the controller responds to the conditions that matter.
Keep sensors, filters, coils and air paths in serviceable condition. Maintain the humidification system and condensate drainage so moisture control continues to operate correctly.
